2G3G is an application to switch quickly between 2G, 3G or Dual mode

By default, the application switches between 2G only and 3G only, so if the current mode is Dual the application will do nothing.



If you want to switch between 2G and Dual mode you have to set the GConf key '/apps/2g3g/mode2' to "dual" with this command

gconftool-2 -s /apps/2g3g/mode2 -t string "dual"

The GConf keys are '/apps/2g3g/mode1' and '/apps/2g3g/mode2', and the possible values are "2g", "3g" and "dual"
