[MeeGo Harmattan] Air UI : interact with your Nokia N9 without touching it !

WARNING : Apparently, on many units (this may depend on country variants or language versions) there is a serious problem with this application, damaging the operating system to a point where reflashing the firmware is required. Please be aware of it and only install the application AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Air UI allows you to interact with your Nokia N9 with simple gestures over the front camera without actually touching the device and integrates smoothly with Gallery and Music Player application.

Remember to reboot your N9 after installation.

Ps : It was pulled from Nokia Store, keep an eye till the fix is released ;)

Really sorry about the troubles with Air UI.
We are working on a fix for it... but in the mean time my advice is to uninstall Air UI even if it works fine.

[MeeGo Harmattan] MyMoves : Configurable gestures to your N9/N950 !

MyMoves is an attempt to bring configurable gestures to Harmattan, written in QML/C++. The idea of MyMoves is to be able to create a gesture, and attach an arbitrary shell command into it.

The current prototype of MyMoves consists of two parts:

- mymoveserver, handles the touch events via XRecord, saves the gestures and performs the recognition
- Configuration UI for adding new gestures and starting/stopping the gesture observation
The server is controlled by the configuration UI via D-Bus commands

So. What on earth can we do with this? Let’s take a closer look. Here’s the configuration UI:

A great preview by nixanbal showing outstanding performance and smoothness of the N9, i'm speechless and more hunger to have this beast as my MAIN device ;)
